Unfortunately, we cannot store outside food or cakes in our refrigerators or freezers. Our storage space is reserved for food served by KAZOOM Café and is usually full, especially during holidays and weekends.

No. KAZOOM Café does not have a liquor licence, and alcohol is strictly prohibited on our premises.
Guests found with alcohol on-site will be asked to leave immediately, without a refund.
Yes. Milk, water, and puréed baby food are welcome for babies under 1 year old.
Other solid or cooked foods are not permitted.
KAZOOM Café serves food on-site, but we also want to accommodate families with special dietary needs, including food allergies and vegetarian, vegan, kosher, halal, and other dietary requirements.
For birthday parties, the outside food fee helps cover the additional cleaning required and allows us to accommodate outside food while continuing to operate our café service.
If you only bring a birthday cake, there is no outside food fee.
Outside food is generally not permitted in the café or play areas.
For birthday parties, outside food may be brought into the private party room for a $30 fee, subject to the following conditions:
- Food must be peanut-free.
- No alcohol is permitted.
- Outside food must remain in the private party room.

For regular play visits from Monday to Thursday, excluding holidays and school breaks, families with special dietary needs may use a private room to enjoy their own peanut-free food at no outside food fee. No alcohol is permitted.
No. Although we take food allergies seriously and do not intentionally serve food containing peanuts as an ingredient, we cannot guarantee a completely peanut-free or peanut-trace-free environment.
Socks are required for both children and adults.
For children, socks help prevent feet from twisting or getting caught on the play structures and slides. They also help discourage children from climbing up the slides in the opposite direction, which can create a safety risk for children coming down.
For adults, socks are required for hygiene reasons.
Yes. Wheelchairs are welcome. Our team may wipe down the wheels before entry to help keep our space clean.
For safety and emergency evacuation reasons, strollers are not permitted inside the play or café areas. They can be left in our designated coat-check area.
This helps keep walkways and emergency exits clear while giving children more space to play safely.
Your party or play booking includes a guaranteed time slot. If KAZOOM Café has not reached capacity when your booking ends, you are welcome to stay and continue playing at no additional charge.
Please check with our team on the day of your visit, as extended play time is subject to availability and capacity.
Admission is for a single entry. Once you leave KAZOOM Café, re-entry is not included in your admission.
Only 3.5% of birthday parties at KAZOOM Café are for children over 8 years old. KAZOOM Café is recommended for children up to 8 years old and their families. Our play structures and slides are designed to be safe and enjoyable for children to play on their own, while parents are also welcome to join them and play together. We also have a dedicated play area for toddlers 3 years old and under.
Reservations are recommended to guarantee your spot, especially during busy periods, but walk-ins are always welcome, subject to availability.
For larger groups of 30 or more children, we recommend contacting us directly. Our team can discuss the available options and help you plan the best setup for your group.
Yes. A reservation date or time can be changed for a $30.44 + tax fee, subject to availability.

Yes! Printable birthday invitations are available on our website. Printed invitation cards are also available for both our Saint-Laurent and Brossard locations.
Both packages include the same 2.5-hour party format, including 90 minutes in a private party room, cake, juice, snacks, decorations and invitations.

The À La Carte option is our build-your-own party experience.
You book the private party room, which includes a tablecloth and “Happy Birthday” banner, and then customize the rest according to your preferences. You can choose the food, cake and extras that work best for your family and celebration.
The À La Carte option can be a great choice for smaller groups or shorter celebrations of less than 90 minutes.
For larger groups or parties requiring 90 minutes in the private room, one of our birthday packages may offer better value.
Our birthday packages are designed to offer better value for families. We reduce the price of individual items and combine them into a package, making the overall celebration more affordable.
For this reason, individual items cannot be removed from a package in exchange for an additional discount.
If you do not need one or more of the included items, our À La Carte option allows you to choose only what you need and customize your celebration.
The cake can be skipped if you prefer, but the package price remains the same.
If you would like to choose only the items you need, our À La Carte option may be a better choice.

We recommend booking your birthday party as soon as you have chosen your preferred date and time. Popular dates and times can fill up several weeks or even a month in advance. However, availability can sometimes be found just a few days or even one day before the party. Availability depends on the date and time you choose.
