Indoors vs. Outdoors

Last time I checked it seemed to me that we are a bunch of complainers. In the Greater Montreal area we benefit (or suffer, depending on how you look at it) from one of the most pronounced experiences of four seasons anywhere to be found not only in North America, but perhaps in the world. Almost always, the cold is too cold, the heat is too hot, and lets not even talk about the humidity. The end result; a great tendency for adults and children alike to spend extraordinary amounts of time indoors avoiding the exercise that will promote a healthy, vibrant lifestyle.

Kazoom Café in St. Laurent has created a welcoming environment that affords the opportunity to get the required amount of exercise on a regular, year round basis. They provide a safe, secure place to play for children no matter what the temperature, no matter what the season and , of special importance especially to Montrealers, no matter the weather.

Now as the parent of four girls, I sincerely appreciate the security and health reasons behind indoor playgrounds, especially when you consider some of the apparent challenges facing outdoor playgrounds. From equipment that has fallen into disrepair to some of the more unsavoury types that may hang around these areas, keeping our children, really any children out of harm’s way is of the utmost importance.

The Rhyme Behind the Reason

Even more important , to me at least, remains the rhyme behind the reason; nothing (and I do mean nothing!) brings families together more than having fun. Create some memories today at Kazoom Café!
