Rules for Reservations

  • You have 2.5 hours with your booking. You may stay longer if capacity allows it.
  • The reservation is non-refundable; however, you may change the date and/or the time, one time free of charge.

  • We do not reserve a table for you in the café.

  • KAZOOM Café is a socks only facility for both children and adults.

  • If the reservation details do not match the information associated with the credit card or PayPal account used for payment, the reservation will still be accepted. However, admission fees must be paid upon entry, and the online payment will be refunded accordingly.
