Rules for Reservations

  • You have 2.5 hours with your booking. You may stay longer if capacity allows it.

  • The reservation is non-refundable; however, you may change the date and/or the time, one time free of charge.
  • We do not reserve a table for you in the café.

  • KAZOOM Café is a socks only facility for both children and adults.

  • Due to repeated instances of fraud, a valid photo ID is required, matching the name on the credit card or PayPal account used for the reservation.
