Kazoom Café Regulations
•  There will be a refund of $35.00 if you inform us of the cancelation 72 hours of in advance otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.
•  A charge of $30.44+TX will be applied if the date or time of the party needs to be changed for any reason.
•  A completed guest list is needed 48 Hours before the party, in order to facilitate the organization of your party and to reserve a spot for each of your confirmed guests in our maximum capacity. The number of children and adults that you confirm on this guest list is the amount of children and adults that you will be paying in the day of the party. If the guest list is not sent, you will be responsible for paying for the amount of people you confirmed for during the reservation.
•  There will be no refund given for guests who do not show up or cancel last minute. If there are extra guests that attend your party you must pay for them.
•  If you reserved a birthday for 15 children and more, KAZOOM Cafe will automatically provide you with a double room (double size Room). As such, you will be responsible for paying a minimum of 15 children, even if at a later date you confirm for less.
•  If you choose to bring your own food for your birthday, a charge of $30+TX will be added to your total bill. The food that you bring must be peanut free, and can only be consumed inside the birthday rooms. Bringing the food from the party room to our café is not permitted. Alcohol is not permitted inside KAZOOM.
•  Food and drinks are NOT allowed on the carpeted area nor are they allowed in the structure.
•  KAZOOM Cafe is a socks only facility for both children and adults. You are responsible to ensure that all your guest comply with KAZOOM Cafe's rules. We sell socks at KAZOOM.
•  Strollers must remain in the coat-check area and are not allowed inside.
•  You as the birthday child's parent(s), need to arrive before your guests. You also need to ensure that they have all departed before you leave. Your birthday guests will not be admitted, or allowed to stay if you are not at KAZOOM Café.
•  Security bracelets will be given upon arrival to you and your guests, both children and adults. These bracelets should be kept throughout your stay at KAZOOM Café
•  If any of the rules are not respected, KAZOOM reserves the right to cancel this contract immediately with no refund.
